Job Description
Are you a Multi Skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer living in the South Wales area and looking for a new mobile engineering role within the Facilities Management industry.
This regional Facilities Management company have offices based in Cardiff and Bristol and cover a portfolio of commercial buildings along the M4 including offices and some retail.
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to Mechanical and Electrical services within commercial properties across the region, dealing with M&E services as well as also dealing with some fabric maintenance works.
Working on a 40 hour week with an on call rota of 1 in 7 you will also have the opportunity to work overtime on evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be either electrically qualified with some mechanical experience such as HVAC, AHU's and plant rooms. .
City & Guilds Electrical installations level 2 min desirable
City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering advantageous
17th or 18th Edition
