Job Description
This regional Facilities Management company based in Bristol cover a portfolio of commercial buildings such as offices and some retail across Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and Swindon and are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer.
You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to Mechanical and Electrical services within commercial properties across the region, also dealing with some planned and reactive fabric maintenance works.
Working on a 40 hour week with an on call rota of 1 in 7 you will also have the opportunity to work overtime on evenings and weekends.
Previous experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance is essential with experience of plant rooms, AHUS, HVAC, BMS as well as building fabrics
The ideal candidate will be either electrically or mechanically qualified with experience of the above.
City & Guilds Electrical installations level 2 min desirable
City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering advantageous
