Are you a Facilities Maintenance engineer with experience of working on a large industrial site. This role would suit either an Electrically or Mechanically biased FM / Maintenance engineer able to work in the Batley area of Leeds. 

 

Working for the M&E / Facilities Management company that maintain the building and grounds you will be employed to look after all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical Services as well as the building fabrics. You will not be responsible for any production line equipment as this is covered in house. 

 

You will be responsible for all lighting and power, plant room and HVAC equipment, Building fabrics such as carpentry, plumbing and general repairs. 

 

You will need to be ideally qualified in either City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical engineering with previous commercial / industrial site experience. 

 

18th Edition would be desirable.
