Job Description
This ever growing regional player in the Facilities Management and Building Maintenance industry are looking to recruit a Facilities Contract Manager to work out of their Bristol office.
The company cover a wide portfolio of contracts ranging from offices and retail to Industrial and Production sites.They have been successful on the back of the service they give, going the extra mile and top level customer service. Therefore it is just as important that the successful applicant has previously worked closely with clients on a day to day basis as well as having the service and maintenance knowledge.
You will need to have previous experience of managing M&E and Fabric services to commercial / industrial properties and ideally come from either a Mechanical or Electrical background. We are also open to applicants looking to step up from a senior Supervisor level that have good leadership and client relationship experience.
You will require
- Excellent man management skills
- Previous experience in the mobilisation of contracts
- P+L experience
- A history of contract enhancement and growth
- A qualification in or have worked previously with H+S
- Ability to build excellent client relationships
