M&E Maintenance Operations Manager

THE ROLE 

 

We are recruiting for a new office location in the city of London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service and maintenance contracts across London and the Home counties, with a variety of clients ranging from Student accommodation through to retail and offices. This is an office based role and you will be the first person in the door, therefore you will be responsible to recruit your own team as the office grows. Getting out and visiting clients across the London and Home counties will be a essential part of this role so a good people skills are essential to enable you to introduce yourself to our current clients with the intention to grow the region, as well as generating new clients. 

 

We will provide the back office support from our network of UK offices and we already have a team of engineers in place currently working with our clientele. 

 

Growth is one of the main objectives here and attracting the right people will enable the business to grow. We have clients wanting to use us more and more each day and having an office presence and Manager in place in London is now essential for our business. . 

 

THE PERSON 

 

Ideally you will come from a Mechanical engineering background and have a wealth of FM and Hard services experience. Managing commercial gas and HVAC engineers is essential, experience of managing Electrical engineers desirable. 

You will need to be a natural leader and have experience of building a team. 

 

We are open to candidates living both inside the capital as well as on the outskirts of London that can commute in daily. 

 

WHATS ON OFFER 

 

Salary £50-55k plus car or allowance 

 

Holidays – 23 plus bank holidays
